MODE ‘A’ PURCHASE

DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS

If goods have been delivered the goods, the customer is obliged to return to Shapeitaly within a period of 15 (fifteen) working days from the date of delivery of the goods.
The goods must be returned to Shapeitaly complete with all accessories, instruction manuals and everything originally delivered to the customer, as well as packed in its original wrapping. TERMINATION CLAUSE

For any claim or clarification, the customer must write to the e-mail info@shapeitaly.com. The customer will be contacted for clarification within three (3) working days of the request.
APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
This contract is governed by Italian law. The exclusive jurisdiction and venue for any legal action brought by Purchaser under this warranty or any other legal guarantees will be the court of Florence. In case of victory of Shapeitaly in an action, the plaintiff must reimburse Thomas Fibbii expenses, including attorneys’ fees and court costs incurred shapeitaly for his defense.
