A PASSION FOR CRAFT OF IRON.
It was never easy to talk about in a few lines of ourselves, summarize in a few sentences a life spent on the job, but ….
To be honest from the beginning and tell you that if I could imagine myself as a boy to become a blacksmith here would be the last thing I would have imagined … I really started to see me then maybe the player model and dreamed of the famous singer and instead to a myriad of fate and coincidence or factors of life I found myself in the footsteps of the blacksmith by vocation.
It all started after a short degree of restoration that I open a vast and fascinating world as it is the key to art …. you know sore, because really opens up a world of tangled feelings opinions but most commentators ….. that is, people who judge an artist or a creator of any object, which seeks only to pass on to others …. the emotions he feels inside, esternandole, creating something that arouses emotions and realizes it to him and the viewer.
The restoration was a job that appealed to me but could not because I was not completely appagarmi that I created … and I decided to change my way …..
Here I found myself running into a path uphill that was the search for a perfect occupation for me and my future. All topped with an avalanche of disapproval for the choices made.
He begins to look around and figure out the right way where you can try to experiment and in what profession …. I started with the plumbing and industrial refrigeration engineering carpenter and then from there I started to slowly realize the passion that was growing inside of me blacksmith. … finally starting to feel accomplished in what I was doing and creating.
I must say that at first it was really hard work of engineering because the ranks of the workshop is very similar to the military ….. everything goes according to traditions and customs to make you grow as a craftsman. There would be a thousand things to tell but I go on too long and that is not my intent.
Here is increased day by day in me the desire to learn more and faster all the manifold workings of various metals and use of tools and machinery with technical drawings.
I still remember like it was yesterday the first pieces made in the workshop at the end of the working day as an employee, looking at the ground between the waste I saw a piece of iron shaped like a half moon and immediately came to my mind to build a sun that would put wall at the head of the bed.
Even today, this enthusiasm to see what surrounds me and then try to reproduce it in a design object is not the’ve never abandoned. .
Today more than ever I try to bring back through the years that have given me a greater experience in doing things, an ancient craft in a more modern era, bringing out the old style with new passion and trying to elicit different emotions by offering unique items of its kind, trying to see what the matter at hand shaping can also be imperfect but it is there that we see the true beauty, because this takes a soul.
